Corporate Associate - City Law Firm

This unique city based law firm is looking to recruit into it's well-regarded corporate team. The firm are on the lookout for someone between 2-4 PQE and ideally with prior experience of corporate matters ranging from M&A to Private Equity.

The firm have unrivalled experience in advising professional practices, whether they operate as general partnerships, LLPs or companies. The team advises on a broad range of business issues (including formation, mergers, acquisitions, LLP conversions, alternative business structures and, for overseas law firms, establishing offices in London and continental Europe) and strategic, management and regulatory issues.
