Corporate PSLThis leading US firm has a strong UK Corporate practice which acts for a range of public multi national companies. It seeks a PSL with public company transactional experience and ideally ECM experience to join on a 3 day per week basis. You should have excellent working knowledge of the Takeover Code, Companies Act and FSA handbook. They will consider people with 6-7pqe+ straight from fee earning roles or with some previous PSL experience. You should have an exemplary academic record and a keen intellect.
