In House Legal Counsel

Our client is a well-established energy services provider which handles numerous Big Ticket projects across the Middle East.

There is a now the opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join their team. The client is seeking a candidate with experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and project documentation, particularly in the power and/or water industries.

Requirements:

• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience working with power generation agreements (beneficial but not necessary)
• Spoken Arabic is beneficial
• Qualified solicitor with between 1 and 5 years PQE*
• Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales (preferable). We will also consider candidates who are qualified in the State of New York, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
• Based in GCC or in the UK willing to relocate
