Property Legal Officer.

An interesting opportunity for a Commercial Property Legal Officer has arisen within a very successful Local Authority in the East Midlands to start immediately.

The successful applicant will be have experience within Local Government or Private Practice.

The duties on a day-to-day basis are as follows:

• Handling a full caseload of property work, including sales, easements, leases and transactional property services
• Working with the legal services Manager to cover a full range of property issues
• Providing a full range of legal services to both internal and external clients

The position offers an attractive hourly rate dependant on experience
