Employment Solicitor

I am working with a well-established legal firm based in Manchester city centre, which is currently looking to take on an experienced Employment Solicitor with between 2-6 years’ PQE. 

The firm specialises in several different areas of the law, which includes employment, residential and commercial property, and corporate law.

What they are looking for:

• This Manchester city centre law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor that has between 2-6 years’ PQE, that can deliver a professional service to its clients
• The successful Employment Solicitor will be providing specialist support and advice to a wide range of business, which includes small and medium-sized enterprises to multimillion-pound organisations
• The client is seeking a solicitor who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, and has a practical and commercial approach to their workload
• Someone who is looking to progress to partnership level would be ideal

Duties and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for drafting and checking documentations for the firm’s clients, and ensure that all documentation and processes are in accordance with Employment Legislation
• Ensure that all advice given to clients is recorded/documented appropriately
• You will do your best to recognise areas within policies and procedures that need updating and expanding
• Provide answers to incoming queries from clients in a precise and timely manner
• Highlighting any potential risk to the clients in order to protect their business
• Recognise areas within policies and procedures that need updating and expanding
