In House IT/Commercial Lawyer - FTC

OUR CLIENT

A global leader in the financial/technology sector seeks to recruit a commercial lawyer c 3 - 5 PQE to join the in-house legal team on a FTC for 9 - 12 months.

THE ROLE

This is a superb opportunity for a lawyer looking to gain in house work experience.

As a member of a busy and successful in house team the post holder will be expected to take responsibility for a broad commercial workload to include :-

The negotiation and drafting of data contracts, IT, trading agreements, terms of business and commercial contracts

Company Secretarial and corporate work

Other commercial work to include; intellectual property, competition and data protection matters

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting and varied in house role applicants must have a first rate academic track record with a City law firm background ideally Magic/Silver circle.

The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following;- commercial contracts, IT or corporate work.

Candidates must be available to start at short notice.
