Associate Counsel - Consumer Products - PQE 1-2 - 12 Month FTC

One of the UK’s foremost consumer products companies is looking for a qualified lawyer to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, reporting directly to the GC and supported by two paralegals.

The work will be high volume, fast paced and extremely varied, including:

• drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of licenses;
• assisting the IP team on a range of matters, including applications and renewals, infringements etc.
• offering day-to-day advice re corporate and IP queries to a range of internal clients;

To be considered, you should have between c.1-2 PQE* preferably within a licensing context, and be commercially minded with demonstrable drafting and negotiation skills.
