Head of Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring
This is a strictly confidential appointment and an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced insolvency solicitor to head up a new department with one of the South’s most reputable law firms.
The role
The firm has identified this as the next big growth area and are recruiting for an individual with previous management experience to head up a new department. The role will entail setting up the new practice area and building up the workload from scratch. The role will entail both contentious and non contentious insolvency matters, corporate restructuring work and also cross-border insolvency.
The candidate
You are perhaps an associate / senior associate or partner with the firm you are currently with and you are ready to take on a new challenge. You are an experienced, driven insolvency lawyer who takes genuine delight in helping clients achieve their objectives. You are a market leader and a true specialist in what you do. You will ideally bring a client following with you.
