NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

A great opportunity for a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top tier commercial law firm based in central Southampton.

The role
The firm attracts some of the countries top companies and due to expansion and a growing demand a new role has been created for a NQ Solicitor. The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Commercial landlord & tenant matters
• Development work, including development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site set-up
• Acquisition and disposal of properties
• Joint ventures and collaboration agreements
• Commercial leases

The candidate
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the areas listed under the role description above. In addition, they will need to have strong IT skills, be commercially aware with excellent drafting and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills along with a desire to deliver the highest level of client care is a must. There is scope to join the firm at any level, including lateral partner moves.
