White-Collar Crime - Silver/Magic Circle
A global award-winning law firm are looking to expand their White-Collar Crime and Investigations team at the Senior Associate/ Junior Partner level.
The team acts for companies and individuals under investigation by the FCA, PRA, SFO, HMRC, NCA, CMA and other agencies in relation to allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, insider dealing, market abuse, money laundering and breach of financial or trade sanctions.
With regulators and law enforcement agencies under increasing pressure to investigate and prosecute companies and individuals, it is a growing area of concern for companies and directors.
Ranked within the top tier for Corporate Crime, the team is considered a "go-to" for the best advice and representation.
The ideal candidate will have;
- 6+ years relevant PQE
- Experience from another team ranked within the top tiers
- The ability to work autonomously
