This international heavyweight is seeking talented M&A lawyers around the 3-6 PQE mark to join its corporate team in London. The roles will involve primarily transactional work in M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and energy related M&A. The corporate team is growing and the ideal candidate will be very ambitious, commercially focused and have good business development experience - BD is encouraged in the corporate team from trainee level upwards.
