Top-paying US firm with market-leading restructuring and insolvency practice is looking for a restructuring lawyer at around 1-4 PQE. The team is very experienced at representing bondholders, mezzanine lenders and noteholders in complex cross-border matters.The role requires prior exposure to advising (non-contentious) on distressed situations, an understanding of complex corporate debt and structured finance arrangements in the UK, and previous work with hedge funds, bondholders, noteholders or mezzanine lenders.
