Legal Counsel: Vitaflo (International) Limited
3-6 years' PQE

As a result of our continued success and commitment to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join our business as our dedicated sole in-house counsel (with support from the wider Nestle legal team).
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will form part of the senior management team. You will have responsibility for providing strategic legal support and risk management to Vitaflo management and our business globally. In particular your role will involve:
- Developing and documenting all aspects of contractual relationships (including NDA's, JVA's, supply and distribution agreements, R&D agreements, manufacturing agreements and licenses etc);
Providing day-to-day legal advice on all matters affecting the business;
- Developing and managing Vitaflo's legal risk management and compliance processes;
- Advising on legal requirements of Vitaflo in relevant global markets;
- Supporting Nestle Health Science General Counsel with the management of disputes;
- Providing relevant training across the business;
- Develop, deploy and manage effective legal policies, forms and processes;
- Identify material legal risks and identify mitigation strategies to minimise exposure; and
- Report monthly on legal matters and risks and progress.
We are looking for a lawyer with 3-6 years' commercial legal experience, preferably gained in-house. You must have the confidence to handle the full range of legal issues facing our business, be pragmatic, have a strong commercial approach and influencing and decision making skills.
