The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Private Client Lawyer to join a specialist team based in Poole. Managing a busy and varied caseload, the successful Lawyer will advise on all areas of private client to include: will drafting; advising on inheritance tax; creating and administering trusts; probate matters and; powers of attorney. In addition you will be keen to get involved with business development initiatives, promoting the department and the practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years’ PQE gained within Private Client;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have your own workload, and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a desire for professional development.
