The firm is now looking for an ambitious solicitor with a solid background in clinical negligence work to join the firm’s Southport office in a supervisory role. THE ROLE
You will be running a caseload of about 150 files and supervising junior lawyers, checking on their daily lists and ensuring compliance across all regulatory and company systems. You will be looking to achieve a team target including for settlement of cases and will be responsible for all day-to-day management of the team including recruitment. This is a very interesting role for a solicitor with strong managerial skills who is an inspiring leader with the ability to lead by example. THE CANDIDATE
You will have:-
4 years PQE:
Exceptional people-management skills;
The ability to manage a complex workload and meet deadlines;
A solid background in clinical negligence work;
A clear understanding of the Lexcel and other regulatory compliance matters;
Strong IT skills, and experience of using case management systems such as Proclaim; and
A highly professional approach combined with strong, empathetic client-care skills.
