Childcare Panel Member Solicitor required for accredited Cheshire legal practice.

Our client is a multi-office legal practice based in Cheshire. The firm cover a broad range of legal services representing both businesses and private clients. The practice has a strong reputation for its excellent client care and have been awarded Lexcel accreditations for their high quality of work. They are now seeking a dynamic Childcare Solicitor to join their family team.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Childcare Solicitor for their Sale office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is suitable for a Childcare Solicitor with Child Panel Membership. The role will include an interesting and varied caseload of childcare matters focused on legal aid work. The work will involve representing children and parents, protection orders, adoption and childcare proceedings. You will be conducting your own advocacy, drafting legal documents and liaising with childcare agencies. It would be advantageous to have experience in business development. There will be a competitive salary package for the successful applicant.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You will have 7 or more years’ PQE.
You will have solid experience in family and child care law.
You must have Child Panel membership.
You will have experience of legal aid matters and procedures.
You will have excellent organisational skills.
You will have excellent client care skills.
