Corporate Transactional Paralegal

Corporate Transactional Paralegal:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate paralegal to join an international insurance broker on a permanent basis. 

In joining this team you will have a focus  on insurance for M&A transactions. The role will involve a high standard of work including negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts. The nature of the position will also require a strong interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. 

Whilst previous experience in this specific area would be advantageous, our client will also consider individuals with a corporate/M&A background with excellent drafting skills. 

To be considered for this position you must have outstanding academics with a minimum of a commendation in the LPC. Electives including acquisitions, banking/debt finance and company law are preferred.
