An elite US law firm is seeking a US qualified lawyer at the 1-4 PQE level to join their Capital Markets team in London. The department boasts a stellar client base and specialises in all aspects of capital markets work within a range of sectors, both domestic and international. The firm operates an entrepreneurial culture and actively encourages their associates to be involved in the growth of the firm.
The successful candidate will have outstanding academics, including ideally being admitted to practice in New York. Such a candidate should have some equity and debt capital markets experience as well as knowledge of Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings. The role will suit an individual who embraces building relationships and business development.
