Commercial Property - High Street Firm - Cheshire

This niche high street firm based in the heart of Cheshire are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or ILEX to add to their small and friendly team of 4. You will be working closely with a partner to assist with business development and client retention.

You will be dealing with a broad mix of work from sale and purchase matters, options to purchase, long and short term letting to development work, conditional lease extensions as well as site acquisitions and disposals. With this being a small firm you will be dealing with a contrasting client base from private companies to large scale developers, regional and national SME's.

This is a very autonomous position so will allow you the opportunity to deal everything from supervision, client meetings and business development. With a fantastic work / life balance in place you will be able to deal with clients regularly on a face to face basis and perform site visits. This isn't your standard 9 - 5 commercial property position! Salary will be £30k+ with a benefits package and bonus scheme also available.
