Skills and Responsibilities;

- Due to the variety of work, NQ Solicitors and above will be considered
- Have experience dealing with a variety of Corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions; shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements (asset/share), contracts for sale and purchase, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property agreements, partnership agreements and reorganisations/restructuring
- Experience dealing with a High Net Worth clients
- Must have experience dealing with high value transactions
- Excellent client care skills
- Strong academic record
