Corporate Associate Mid-Level (Hong Kong)

A premier US law firm is seeking a mid-level level associate to join their Corporate team in Hong Kong. Such a person must be admitted in the US (preferably with a Juris Doctor).

The department boasts an exceptional client base, both domestic and international. The team operates in a wide-range of industry sectors within the top-tier deals bracket on a broad of challenging transactions and is rapidly expanding in a variety of key geographical regions.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including private equity, cross-border M&A transactions, minority investments and funds. Such a candidate will have excellent academics as well as be a team player. In addition, Chinese (Mandarin) language skills would be beneficial, but not essential, to work in Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai offices.
