Corporate (M&A) - Senior Associate

A global law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded practice in London.

The department has an impressive client base and has been making waves in the market by the notable mandates it is consistently being involved in. The team operates in a wide-range of industry sectors within the top-tier deals bracket on a broad of challenging transactions and is rapidly expanding in a variety of key geographical regions.

The new joiner will be working on cross-border M&A transactions, including advising corporate clients in private equity backed M&As, joint ventures, privatisations and disposals. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have strong academics as well as significant experience at a top tier law firm. The role will suit an individual who embraces building relationships and business development.
