THE ROLES

The firm is now looking to hire two England & Wales qualified solicitors, one Senior Associate with 7-9PQE and one Managing Associate with 4-6PQE.

The successful candidates will work closely with a team which is well integrated with the firm's Silicon Valley offices and is the leading cross-border VC practice in Europe.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidates will have worked in a top Corporate practice, in a UK or US firm in the City, and will have assisted in advising emerging companies and investors in venture capital transactions, venture debt transactions, and cross-border M&A.

The group's client base has a technology sector focus and, therefore, experience within this sector would be useful.

Exposure across the broader corporate practice such as M&A (private company work rather than public), private equity and equity capital markets would also be beneficial.

Candidates will also be expected to have previously supervised trainees and junior associates and be used to delegating work.

In addition, the Senior Associate will need to be able to demonstrate hands on experience in managing transactions and client relationships to a high level as well as being involved in business development initiatives.

The firm will also consider candidates who have spent some of their career in-house.
