OUR CLIENT
A well-established property company seeks to appoint a property paralegal for a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 6 months, with the potential for up to 12 months depending upon circumstances.
THE ROLE
The role will include investigating and analysing property title issues, including lease and deed reading.
You will also assist with high volume analysis of property data for due diligence purposes in connection with new acquisitions and answering internal queries about properties and acquisition documents.
The role is for a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 6 months, with the potential for up to 12 months depending upon circumstances.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a Law Graduate, or equivalent academic qualifications with experience in property law/conveyancing
You will have a proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, good organisation skills, and able to work within a team
