LAW Absolute are recruiting to an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly District Council based in the Northern Home Counties. This role is available on a three month initial assignment.
As a Commercial Property Lawyer within this busy team, the successful candidate will hold a varied caseload dealing with matters including:
- Commercial leases (long and short term)
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Acquisitions and licences
- Development work for commercial and residential developments
Our client is keen to speak with candidates from all backgrounds, although those that have worked within a public sector organisation would be of particular interest.
