Well regarded commercial Top 100 law firm in Manchester has an opportunity for a Respondent Employment Solicitor to join the established employment law team.
The employment law team handles some great quality work both on the contentious and non-contentious side, so Tribunal work is part of this but there is also a strong transactional element where you will be engaged in providing advisory support for commercial clients. This is a broad ranging employment solicitor role so a good background in respondent employment work is a must. The team is small, down to earth and highly skilled. You will be key in providing Partner level support whilst building your own client relationships with a firm who has built a stella reputation in employment law as a full service law firm over a number of years in Manchester.
In terms of progression there is no limit on this and it works on a meritocrity so there is real scope to develop and progress with this firm. You will also find a very genuine and down to earth approach with a strong emphasis on staff development and growth whilst allowing you to enjoy a culture that allows a better work life balance.
In terms of PQE level you will have at least one years experience in respondent employment work through to four years and will be keen to progress with an established and well regarded employment team in Manchester.
