Real Estate Solicitor - North Buckinghamshire
I am currently recruiting for one of our leading clients to join an excellent Legal 500 firm with an fantastic reputation within this area of law.
The ideal candidate will be of NQ-4pqe with good knowledge of Commercial Property matters gained at a highly regarded firm.
You should have experience within a variety of general commercial property experience, landlord and tenant law, commercial leases, drafting new leases and lease renewals.
Candidates who apply for this position must have knowledge within Property Finance matters as this is an important part of the role.
