THE ROLE
The case load is fast-paced and challenging but offers an interesting mix of work, including new build sales, lease extensions and equity transfers. This role would suit an experienced solicitor or legal executive looking to move forward into a more senior role and have some input into practice development in the longer term. This role calls for:-
Excellent IT skills;
Good technical ability;
At least 5 years’ PQE (or similar level of experience) in a residential property role,
Good networking skills and a friendly, approachable manner;
The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure;
Experience with, and interest in, marketing and business development;
Excellent client care skills.
