My client is an international law firm with a leading top tier banking team who advise on some of the largest and most high profile deals regionally and nationally. We have a mandate to recruit a 3 year+ Solicitor for the team to act on behalf of banks, PE funds, alternative capital providers and large corporates.
The role would ideally suit a lawyer with 3 years+ in general banking work looking to step up in their career though applications are encouraged from more junior lawyers who may possess the potential to succeed in the role. You will work in a highly supportive environment with leading nationally renowned Partners and have the back up of a very capable team of junior lawyers.
As one might expect you will run a caseload of modest value matters while working as part of the wider banking team on complex transactions, though the major benefit is that you will enjoy a high degree of client contact from the outset which you may not currently experience. Clearly business development and the opportunity to establish your own client relationships is encouraged and rewarded.
Team fit is essential and the firm is open to informal initial conversations should you have any questions regarding the role, prospects, flexibility or whatever may be your driver in making your next move.
