My client provides financial servicese to investors, multinationals and private clients globally.
They have over 5,000 employees in over 40 countries and they pioneer innovative solutions to meet their clients' needs.
They are now looking to bring on board an ICSA qualified or part-qualified company secretary to join their offices in Grand Cayman.
You will gain a broad range of international experience, including:
-provision of company secretarial/registered office services to a portfolio of clients;
-preparation and attending of client board meetings;
-working with their other offices to ensure a timely delivery of a high quality service;
-preparation of company resolutions, preparing and filing documetns at the Registrar of Companies
This role would ideally be suited to a client-facing ICSA qualified or part-qualified candidate looking to develop into a company secretary with some prior experience, particularly in professional services. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Cayman law structures- but this is not essential. This would be an excellent opportunity to develop your international experience and transferrable skills in a highly regarded firm
