Description
Gives advice on and answers queries from solicitors and their staff on legal practice, policy and procedure and on multi-party actions. The queries raised are often of a highly complex and technical nature and the role holder needs to be member focused to assure members that the issues are fully understood. This includes considering the wider implications of the issues raised which may not be immediately apparent to the solicitor raising the enquiry.
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have the following attributes:
- Admitted as a solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
- At least four years' experience of working in legal practice.
Experience and knowledge of conveyancing, costs, probate, civil litigation procedure and anti-money laundering is desirable.
