A well-established Leading Legal 500 company based in Bridgend are seeking to appoint a Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team.
Working as part of a well-established team, the role will involve handling a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions to include:
•Sales and Purchases
•Re-mortgaging or mortgaging an un-mortgaged property
•Transfers of Equity
