Senior Lawyer

Our client, a hugely entrepreneurial, growing and dynamic insurance provider are looking for their first in-house senior lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board and be responsible for establishing the legal team as well as setting up effective processes and procedures within the organisation.

The majority of the role will involve working on claims (some of which may be fraudulent) and personal injury related matters. To be considered for the role you should be an experienced insurance claims lawyer ideally with motor vehicle claims insurance experience and insurance fraud experience.

The organisation are based in Northampton and although they would ideally like a candidate in the area they are happy to consider candidates from across the UK including Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and London as they are open to the possibility of flexible / remote working.

The role would suit an existing in-house lawyer looking for a step up or a private practice lawyer looking for their first role in-house.
