My client is a well-known household name in the professional services sphere. They are looking to a grow a new team in Birmingham. You will join an established wider legal team whilst having the opportunity to make your mark in this new team.
Description
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- provide legal advice, guidance and support to the UK Business
- provide counsel and legal support in relation to English banking, insolvency and restructuring law and transactions and their compliance
- maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with all team members
Profile
You will be a UK qualified solicitor:
- Have at least 2 years PQE.
- Have solid experience advising on in relation to English banking, restructuring and insolvency law.
- My client will consider applications from either private practice or In House solicitors working in a financial services sector.
