Are you a newly qualified solicitor with experience of corporate litigation? Or perhaps you're an experienced corporate litigator looking to work for one of the top tier legal 200 firms in East Anglia?
You will be a corporate litigation solicitor, ideally with 3 years experience in the corporate litigation field, however this is not essential and the firm are willing to look at solicitors of all levels, you must be qualified with exposure to corporate litigation to be considered. The firm is a top tier legal 200 firm and has a strong reputation in East Anglia, they have a focus of client care and look for candidates with strong academics, a 2:1 with good A-levels will put you in good stead, excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail along with a systematic and methodical approach to work with a ability to demonstrate these skills. If you have experience of equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and some familiarity with the technology, health, education or charities sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
