A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join one of the regions’ most reputable law firms based in Bournemouth.
The role
This is a confidential appointment with one of the best law firms in the region. The role has arisen purely due to growth and the firm is rapidly establishing themselves as the experts in this field.
The role entails the full range of Property Litigation matters, such as Landlord & Tenant matters, Dilapidations and Commercial Property Litigation. You will be part of a growing, award winning team and will be expected to deliver the highest possible level of client care.
The candidate
The successful candidate will have an expert level of knowledge and experience within a wide range of Property Litigation matters. In addition, they will need to be commercially aware with excellent communication skills. Having a positive, can-do attitude is a must! The firm is considering applicants of any PQE (including lateral partner moves), and the successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and without supervision.
