The role
The role includes:

• Residential Sales and Purchases
• Commercial Sales and Purchases
• Agricultural and farmland
• Residential Leasehold Property
• Commercial Leasehold Property 
• Help to Buy
• Remortgages and Equity Release
• Transfers of Equity
• Shared Ownership Properties
• New Build Properties

The candidate
There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from qualified Fee earners; either Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers. You should be confident to join the team and run your own case load of Residential & Commercial Property Conveyancing matters without the need for close supervision.
