THE FIRM
This Lexcel accredited firm with several offices in the South East, has a very well regarded Clinical Negligence team which is regularly instructed in a wide range of matters. They are now looking for a pro-active Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their busy Canterbury department. The office is centrally located with convenient local transport links close by.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor of 2 Years PQE for 6 months maternity cover. For this role you will deal with clinical negligence claims, personal injury matters and issue proceedings including part 8 applications whilst ensuring compliance across all regulatory and company systems. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor of 2 Years PQE;
Have a solid background in Clinical Negligence work;
Have a clear understanding of the Lexcel and other regulatory compliance matters;
Possess a professional approach combined with strong, empathetic client-care skills.
