Commercial Solicitor 

Leading Commercial and IP/Media practice based in the West End of London are looking to add a Commercial Solicitor to their market leading Commercial team.

The ideal candidate will have to adopt a flexible and commercial approach and will be expected to work across a broad range of industry clients with a particular focus on the advertising sector. 

The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 4-5 years PQE and have excellent academic qualifications. They should expect to work with the partners within the group and have a mix of technical skill, and commercial awareness, combined with experience of the types of issues that typically arise within the sector, be familiar with the principles around both regulatory charity law work and drafting commercial agreements, a basic understanding of intellectual property law would be useful but not essential;
