Commercial Property Solicitor - Birmingham A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join this leading international law firm based in Birmingham. The role of Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen in order to grow the team as instructions from clients continue to increase.
You will have general real estate exposure during your training contract and will have knowledge of development, acquisitions and disposals. Experience of landlord and tenant, commercial leases, property portfolio management and corporate support issue would also be an advantage. As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to developing your career in real estate.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience and will have an excellent academic record and will currently be training with a leading national or City law firm.
