Residential Conveyancer

A long established, multi-service Central Manchester based practice is looking to recruit an a Residential Conveyancer due to the continued success of the firm. The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.

The role will involve handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, buy-to-let and shared ownership and you will also mentor and manage junior team members.

You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified professional with previous Residential Conveyancing experience. Ideally you will also possess supervisory experience but this is not essential as long as you can go in and hit the ground running.
