Market leading IT Company that has grown significantly due to organic and non-organic growth is now seeking an additional senior lawyer. This is a diverse role that will include: drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of the regional sales activity, including software, professional services and cloud services agreements, resolving commercial disputes, providing legal advice on group transactions and handling general corporate matters, and monitoring changes in laws and regulations. Currently working either in-house or at a leading law firm, you will be keen to work in a fast paced IT Company as part of a collegiate team that works closely with the sales team and leading customers to deliver optimal results. Corporate, Commercial and IP lawyers with a strong interest in the IT sector are also encouraged to apply. A strong academic record, enthusiasm and the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of disciplines is key to success in this role. Also, you will be equally adept at working autonomously in a commercial manner and as part of a team.
