NEW, just in, a chance for perhaps two more junior level Litigation Solicitors to join this specialist Litigation team and an opportunity to get in to one of Bristol's leading commercial 'heavyweight' law firms !

Our client is a leading UK practice, headquartered here in Bristol, who can offer fantastic offices, fantastic work and career progression opportunities, and to put it simply an unbeatable profile as one of the very top firms here in the Bristol market.

The firm's broad-ranging Litigation practice is a core area for the firm and it is an area that is constantly growing and evolving to meet client needs and changes in the Litigation landscape. As a result of ever-increasing levels of work they have just announced up to two more new opportunities to join one of the sub-teams within the department which deals with a broad range of Property Damage and Recoveries litigation work (the 'PRS' team) and they are happy to look at candidates from upcoming NQ's who are keen to forge their career in litigation at a top firm right up to candidates with perhaps already three or four (or more) years of strong existing experience of working in these areas, acting for and reporting to major Insurer clients for example.

Day to day, you will be dealing with property damage recoveries which is claimant work, typically of at least £150,000-£200,000+ in value and concerning a range of perils and events including instances of fire, flood and escape of water for example. You will also get involved in public and product liability matters relating to property damage claims which is defendant work, and also areas like policy coverage and fraud which can often be complex and challenging, so every day is different and you will be able to undertake both claimant and defendant work depending on the matter so you get to see the litigation process from all angles and will develop a broad range of expertise and experience that will stand you in good stead as you move forward in your career.

Our client is hoping to review CV's and will be keen to arrange interviews as soon as possible, so if these two new positions are of interest please get in touch with your CV or for more information as soon as possible.
