The Role:
As a result of the firm's rapidly expanding funds practice, an opportunity has arisen for you as an experienced financial regulatory lawyer. You will join a nationally-recognised group of Lawyers and will be responsible for providing general financial regulatory advice with a focus on funds work. The type of work includes:
- advising on structuring and setting up funds, including UCITS, AIFs, OEICs
- drafting core documents including agreements with ie ACDs, depositories, IMs etc
- authorisations
- passporting
- changes in control
- notifications
- financial promotions
- AR agreements
- Sct 166 interventions
- consumer credit
- PSRs.
Assisting two busy partners undertaking a variety of financial regulatory work which is both contentious and non-contentious.
