Conveyancing Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning Conveyancing ABS in Leeds, for a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with files from start to finish
• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, newbuild work, all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties
• Dealing with clients with professionalism and efficiency both over the phone and face to face
• Producing property reports
• Carrying out investigation of title
• Updating referrer websites

The ideal candidate will have experience in line with all of the above duties, have significant Residential Conveyancing knowledge and have excellent communication skills.
