Civil Litigation Solicitor
Civil Litigation Solicitor , West Midlands
A Solicitor is wanted to manage a Civil Litigation caseload with an established West Midlands firm of Solicitors.
A Lexcel accredited law firm they full provide legal advice to both individuals and businesses in all areas of law.
The Civil Litigation Solicitor will join an expanding department managing a caseload of circa 2-3 year PQE level matters. Hitting the ground running the successful candidate will deliver a high quality legal service advising on issues such as boundary disputes, disputed wills, debt recovery, landlord and tenant matters with some quality Personal Injury.
Background wise you should be commercially aware with a positive attitude. You will enjoy working in a team environment but you will be keen to also generate your own client base through networking and business development.
This is an exciting time for the firm, with the Civil Litigation department developing rapidly. They already have some solid clients and this will be a hands on role within a growing firm.
