An excellent opportunity has arisen for a corporate commercial solicitor to join this successful West End firm.
In this role you will be dealing with a variety of work including commercial contracts, joint ventures, company acquisitions and disposals, formations and restructuring. Clients come from sectors such as hospitality, retail, technology and fashion.
You will probably be between 2 and 6 years pqe and used to dealing with an array of corporate commercial work. This opportunity could appeal to someone at a regional firm looking to move into London, perhaps a City lawyer seeking a greater work-life balance or someone at another West End firm who is keen to further their career.
