Residential Property Paralegal

Our client is seeking a residential property paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

To apply for this position you must have a strong background in residential property and conveyancing. The successful candidate will be involved in the sales and purchases of residential properties, property transfers, new leases and new builds, as well as buy to lets. You will be asked to directly liaise with clients and, in time, handle your own caseload of busy files.

Our client is also looking for a paralegal who has substantial knowledge of the conveyancing process from beginning to end and who can come into a vibrant department and hit the ground running.
