Legal Counsel - Brand, Business Affairs (temp)

A global fashion retailer is now looking for a Business Affairs Advisor to join their Marketing and Brand Legal team on an initial temp contract based in their European HQ in London's West End.

Reporting to the Head of Business Affairs you will support the Brand & Communications team with:

- negotiating, drafting and reviewing local and international contracts for the team

- advising on related legal matters

- liasing with the wider legal team and external counsel when required

- ensuring the contracts database is kept up to date and accurate

- implementing process and system improvements, assisting with training and strategy implementation

To be considered for this position you will be a qualified Lawyer with previous experience in a similar role within the retail, fashion industry or similar such as the FMCG industry focused on brand and marketing contracts. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical contract drafting skills and have a confident and consultative style when dealing with senior stakeholders.
