Description
The Commercial Counsel role will involve supporting the business on contractual work as well as leading multi-million pound negotiations, dealing with complex tech agreements and consulting clients on NDAs, engagement letters and framework agreements regularly.
Profile
The ideal candidate is likely to be 4-6 PQE commercial lawyer.
I.T/tech experience is an advantage.
